Working virtually is becoming increasingly common in many organizations, which is why we've adapted the Leading on the Edge course to the online format. If for a variety of reasons, such as locality or time out of the office, you are often required to engage others virtually and you would like to enhance your ability to lead virtually, then this course is for you.

Giving you the added benefit of learning how to effectively establish rapport and engage people using technology and virtual interactions, the learning outcomes are otherwise similar to our face-to-face option. The premise of the course remains unchanged and you will be stretched beyond your comfort zone. The main difference in the online version is that the virtual format offers a more condensed experience in real time, with the flexibility to participate from a location of your choice.
