Resilient leadership is developed as a strategy for thriving in a culture of disruption and change that enables all generations to reach their potential in the workplace.

In today's work environment leaders are expected to be resilient in the face of uncertainty and change. It is an environment where disruption – of industry, product, and process – is constant and unrelenting, where emotional intelligence and resiliency are essential amongst all levels of leadership for today and the future of work. One of the major disruptions for our current generation of leaders is, how do you lead a workforce that is made up of 40 percent millennials? This interactive one-day workshop presents a framework for leaders to develop and strengthen their emotional intelligence and integrate the Millennial experience in their recruitment, engagement and retention strategy.
