About Karen Blakeley

Dr Karen Blakeley joined Winchester Business School, Winchester University, in 2009 having spent over 20 years in leadership development in the commercial sector. Since then she has conducted research and produced academic and practitioner publications in the area of responsible leadership, the role of the business schools in society and the contribution of spirituality to leadership development. She established the Centre for Responsible Management at Winchester Business School, one of the first business schools to sign up for the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
