Leadership is about people—motivating, mentoring, and developing others—but first leaders need to develop themselves to the become the authentic, successful, leaders of people they have the potential to be.

In this insightful webinar, adult development expert Maja Djikic shows how leaders can align five key parts of themselves—Desires, Actions, Emotions, Thoughts, and Body—to achieve lasting, whole-life fulfillment. She explains how her transformational Wheel of Change system of sustained self-development can greatly strengthen leadership confidence and capacity.

Maja Djikic explains that to discover our purpose and achieve real, lasting change, we need to move beyond narrowly targeted ideas and strategies like changing our mindset or slightly altering our behavior, and instead go deeper and focus on our innate desires.

Many executives, with outwardly successful careers, find themselves feeling stuck and unfulfilled. Djikic shows how, by understanding the mechanisms of the five integral parts of ourselves, we can escape the paradox of success without happiness and move towards your own path of fulfilling personal and professional self-development. A path leading to the self-assurance and capability to be a trusted, effective, and successful team leader.

Key take-aways:

  • How to identify stagnant aspects of self that are stalling their leadership progress,
  • How to reframe their ‘personality’ from being a static entity to continually developing ‘work-in-progress,’
  • Why self is more than just behavior – and how five parts of self need to move for a holistic and authentic self-change,
  • How to complement and balance a ‘strength-based’ approach to leading with a ‘developmental’ approach,
  • How to identify their ‘potential’ as a person and a leader, not in far future, but every single day.
