The Kellogg School revolutionized graduate management education more than 50 years ago when it introduced executive education into its programming, one of the first business schools to do so. In the 1970’s and 80’s, Kellogg again changed the face of business education when it introduced a culture of cooperation, listening and learning into all of its programs. Faculty

For more than fifty years, the Kellogg School of Management has provided executives with the tools to accomplish these objectives by offering a complete portfolio of non-degree open enrollment programs covering topics such as marketing, technology, finance, and leadership. 


Executive Scholars Program

Providing the academic rigor and professional relevance executives demand, the Kellogg Executive Scholars Program gives you the flexibility to achieve your specific professional goals on your own schedule. The Kellogg Executive Scholars Program recognizes the commitment of executives who have completed four open-enrollment executive programs at the Kellogg School, including one required program and three electives, by awarding a Certificate of Professional Achievement in one or more of these subject areas - Marketing and Sales Management, Financial Management, Leadership and Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology Management, General Management, or Nonprofit Management. 


EMBA Program

The Kellogg Executive MBA Program is a two-year, general management program leading to the master of business administration (MBA) degree. This program meets the needs of mid-career executives who are preparing for senior management, and it enhances the skills and effectiveness of senior executives. As they learn, Executive MBA students are able to immediately apply both functional and managerial skills in their jobs. The concentrated studies curriculum integrates all managerial disciplines within management’s economic, social and political environments. The Kellogg EMBA Program is also offered on our Miami-area campus. This program offers U.S. and Latin-American based managers an opportunity to learn and share best business practices with each other and to develop long-lasting global relationships—all within the context of a world-class business school. 


The James L. Allen Center

Located on the shores of Lake Michigan in the heart of Northwestern University’s Evanston campus, the James L. Allen Center is the home of Kellogg Executive Education. When the facility opened its doors in 1979, it was one of the world’s first conference centers built exclusively for executive education. Here at the Allen Center, no detail goes ignored—we care for your mind, body, and spirit. The Allen Center contains classrooms, study group rooms, bedrooms with private baths, dining rooms, lounges, and a fitness center. Our classrooms feature wireless Internet access and state-of-the-art multimedia equipment, and all of our study group rooms come with large flat panel monitors, smart conference tables, computers, printers, and supplies. Our front desk is staffed around the clock to assist you, and you will have twenty-four hour access to computers, laptop hookups, laser printers, copiers, and supplies.
