The programme is taught over two and a half days by a mix of academic faculty and senior practitioners – current CEOs and Chairs of large, public corporations. Sessions include lectures and presentations by guest speakers but are predominantly discussion-based with some role-play and simulation. The programme is structured around three themes and will enable you to address questions including:
How important are actions in sending out signals about the individual and the organisation? What is the relationship between your personal reputation and that of the company? How do you manage others’ behaviours throughout the company to sustain or develop corporate reputation?
How do you talk about what you do and how do you control the flow and interpretation of information both inside and outside the organisation? How do you navigate the relationships and power dynamics within your internal leadership group and amongst external stakeholders? What happens when there is a crisis?

How do you strike the balance between wanting to ‘leave well’ and giving your successor room? At what point should you put succession on the agenda?
