The Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) is a 10-month, modular, multidisciplinary program for global business leaders that focuses on Management and Leadership; Strategy and Innovation; and Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management.
The program develops key leadership skills such as making technology-enhanced strategic decisions, building collaborative organizations, managing key talent across global markets, and integrating an innovation mindset into corporate culture. At the end of the program, executives will be well prepared and positioned to accelerate the pace of innovation and growth at their organizations—large or small.
The multi-modular learning journey consists of five terms; three on-campus terms and two off-campus terms. Participants must complete all terms to achieve ACE Certification and EPGM alumni benefits.
