The two companies have partnered to implement a unique skill and leadership development program for senior managers.
For 4 years, already more than 80 partner companies worked with teams of Airbus senior managers to lead successfully more than 100 strategic projects. The Airbus teams provided new perspectives, sparring and expertise to companies of all sizes and sectors (except Aeronautics).
This year, Emlyon Business School and Airbus Group Leadership University renewed this partnership for 3 new years to carry further SWITCH’s positive impact. The Action Learning part is reinforced: the Airbus senior managers are sent to work in the field, in teams from four to five, to solve strategic questions of partner companies.
