Join this unique cross-company Emerging World program to develop the skills and mindset required to navigate the uncertain and complex globalised world of business.

The small group experience, taking place in Nairobi from 7-9 November, will take participants out of their comfort zone and challenge them to learn through the experience of working collaboratively on real-life problems faced by organisations tackling important local issues. The program is designed to challenge participants with unfamiliar issues in new environments. Upon completion of the program, participants will:

Strengthen their ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity whilst integrating diverse perspectives

Expand understanding and first-hand exposure to the challenges and opportunities presented in an emerging market setting

Advance self-awareness and refine inclusive leadership skills through meaningful cross-cultural teamwork

Develop a questioning approach to problem solving and challenges to established ways of thinking

Foster a ‘shared value’ mind-set for greater business and social impact in the future
