PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Leverage self-assessment, experiential simulation, coaching and peer discussions to discover how to best motivate, influence and manage relationships across your organization.

  • Begin with a pre-program call to understand your specific needs and challenges, and ends with a customized action plan
  • Interact with Darden faculty and participants from around the world through leadership simulations and case discussions 
  • Work on your own challenging influence situations at work and get input from others about best practices
  • Build and practice skills around framing and emotion management
  • Gain research driven insights around leadership and power 
  • Practice telling compelling stories
