This blended program is highly practical and will equip participants with a thorough understanding of what Organizational Development (OD) is. Tools and techniques to improve practical OD skills with be taught, and a greater awareness of self and group process within change and OD will be fostered.
As a participant, you will:
- Better understand your own role in change, and the interdependencies of your wider context
- Learn about yourself in the change process, explore the notions of leader/follower, hierarchy, power, and the process of change
- Explore the nature of change and the relationship of cause/effect across the spectrum of change, giving you a greater range and confidence in the appropriate tools and techniques to apply when working with individuals, teams, or whole organizations
Participants will return to their organizations both with a solid theoretical understanding of the latest thinking in OD and change as well as some practical skills to apply in their workplace.
