Organizational social-media literacy is fast becoming a source of competitive advantage. Social media allow new forms of collaboration and communication that can have massive impact on business processes and the culture of your organization. Companies who can leverage ‘social’ in creative and productive ways will enjoy sustainable competitive advantage.

To better understand how and what it takes for leaders to tap into the potential of social media in their organizations, IEDP is supporting The Center for the Future of Organization (CFFO), a new think tank at the Drucker School of Management, in launching a global research study.

This study will investigate and map the organizational and leadership capabilities it takes to leverage social media for competitive advantage, especially in large and complex organizations.  You can find more information about the project here.

We at IEDP think that this project touches the core of 21st century leadership, and we encourage you to take part in this study.

The survey takes not more than 15 minutes, and every respondent will receive a summary of the results upon request.
