The workshops will bring together a group of enthusiastic and open-minded L&D professionals in a one-day ‘laboratory’ to experiment with how Design Thinking principles can help us rethink and address L&D challenges.

Dr Pietro Micheli will start by introducing the key principles of Design Thinking:

  • User Centeredness
  • Iteration
  • Experimentation
  • Try and Fail Fast

He will then orgainise small groups to apply these principles - working on real and current cases – the participants own L&D challenges.
