Join Henley Business School’s one-day workshop ‘Today’s Avenues for High-Performance Digital Leadership’ here.

Date: 24 October │ Time: 09:00-16:30 │ Location: Henley Business School

Millennials, now 50% of the workforce, have a culture of connectedness – at ease with digital technologies and social medial – in their personal lives, which can now be leveraged to transform how organizations operate and help them meet the great need to engage more people in active leadership.

In this context, Professor Bernd Vogel and Dr Lebene Soga will address two key questions in their one-day workshop:

Morning session: Where is leadership heading?

Afternoon session: How do social technologies inside the workplace impact the manager-employee dynamic?

The two sessions will integrate outcomes from recent research with practices from participants own organizations to identify a set of future avenues for what high-performance leadership, supported by all digital has to offer, could practically and tangibly be. This is a great opportunity to hear from leading experts, learn from the latest research and share the experience of peers.
