Through this new interdisciplinary field, she will reveal how a manager’s decision-making is affected by complex human networks.

Human networks, if not properly managed, can have unintended consequences for how we lead others. Therefore, becoming adept at managing networks will have significant and favourable impact for governance as well as identifying and nurturing innovation. The workshop addresses individual development to help women learn to identify the structure of their networks. Participants will develop their leadership skills in managing their own networks for their particular desired outcome. The workshop will explore personal leadership, relationship management , covert and overt network management strategies and intended and unintended consequences of managing your network.
