This program provides insights and practical skills within the context of leveraging the human network potential in an organization to adapt to changing business conditions and achieve sustainable business success. It introduces a HR Strategic Impact framework and explores it on the following three levels:

  • Strategic - developing the strategic role, impact and influence of HR in a complex adaptive environment

  • Tactical - the way in which HR creates ownership for initiatives with key stakeholders to impact meaningfully on the organization

  • Personal - the way in which HR managers develop and leverage their strengths and courage to enhance personal credibility and impact
