He is also founder and CEO of IdeasforLeaders.com, a micro-learning website for managers and executives to support their leadership and management practice development with summarised content from leading business school faculty and research. Roddy has been involved with writing and reporting on executive development practice since 2004, when he launched the original IEDP website and has been editor of Developing Leaders magazine since its inception in 2010.
