Purvi advises on CEO and board level HR issues and has successfully headed many research projects; Initiated specialized consulting and advisory services for business process outsourcing companies, Headed a very successful research project on Preferences of Business School students- a census of 2000 MBA students in 14 business school campuses in India- syndicated by 50 companies. She has been responsible for Consultancy and Advisory services for Compensation & Benefits, organization design, talent acquisition strategy, performance management as well as executive and entrepreneurship development programs.
