MCE is a knowledge-based company with a core team of successful managers and leaders from the real world of business who know how to listen well and how to impart their knowledge in a group learning experience. Some of our facilitators come from top leadership positions in global companies, some from senior positions in their functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain Management or IT. What they all have in common is the knowledge of what works and what doesn’t work in the world of business. They have all practiced what they preach, be it about the inherent need for alignment between people and processes or the need to breakthrough the barriers that management silos create in all too many companies. All open enrolment workshops are also available as corporate solutions that can be customised to your requirements.

Our Corporate Solutions range from an adapted version of one of our Open Enrolment workshops to a management development programme completely customised for your company.

Designed for your comfort and convenience, Management Centre Europe’s state-of-the-art conference and business centre in the heart of Brussels offers you 7,800 m2 of luxurious space. This rental service includes a main conference room (accommodating up to 700 people), 38 meeting rooms for groups of different sizes, a lobby and roof-top terrace for networking events, cocktails, lunches, dinners or exhibition space, an open-plan restaurant staffed by professional chefs, a business centre, wireless Internet connections, and a private parking.
