The quality and global reach of Henley Business School and our executive programmes is further evidenced by our continued success in major rankings tables.
When looking to create a management development programme with a client we place huge importance on a small number of key principles:
The only certainty in today's commercial climate is change so it's imperative that managers are equipped with the skills to surmount the evolving leadership challenges presented. In addition, today's managers increasingly view ongoing professional learning as part of their contract with employers. The organisations that offer their staff the chance to develop professionally and gain internationally recognised qualifications are those that will attract and retain the most able and motivated managers in the future.
With years of experience of working in real business to business partnerships with a wide variety of global organisations, in every sector, we understand the full range of challenges and critical issues managers and organisations face. We have come to see again and again that management and leadership is a series of dilemmas and choices. While no textbook answers exist to these, we have developed and collated tried and tested approaches to help executives find the right solutions for themselves and for their organisations.

We can tailor the qualification syllabus and develop additional modules for your MBA programme, to reflect specific organisational needs. MBA programme members meet regularly at workshops - these can be delivered at Henley Business School, or our flexible approach enables us to design and implement MBA programmes based either at an organisation's single site, or at a variety of national or international locations. The use of interactive e-learning enables continuous contact, support and advice between MBA programme members and tutors.
Because our approach acknowledges the practical pressures of today's working environment, managers are able to benefit from the programme while continuing to progress their careers. Programme members and their organisations will benefit from:

You may want to implement a common approach to management, consistent with your business strategy. You may want to ensure a minimum shared capability within your management team. It is constructed around a group of companies and provides a collaborative learning environment where managers can compare how their own organisations operate relative to peer organisations. By working closely with their peers from other leading organisations, Consortium MBA programme participants gain highly relevant, invaluable insight and expertise.
The programme is designed around the world-class Henley Executive MBA, but with specific benefits designed to enhance the learning experience for both the organisation and the individual participants.
