The Center for Creative Leadership’s EMEA operation, headquartered in Brussels, celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2010 as a key provider of leadership development solutions attuned to the needs of individuals and organizations working in the international arena.

CCL also provides a wide array of Customized Organizational Solutions, Assessment Instruments and Feedback Services, Leadership Coaching, publications and online resources.

We offer leadership solutions to a worldwide audience from CCL campuses and Network Associate locations across the Americas; Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA); Russia and across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS); and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Since 2007, we have developed leaders from more than 120 countries.

In addition to English, the majority of our associates in EMEA are fluent in at least one other major European language, including French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian, and Russian. We also have associates who speak major African languages.

Impact

CCL annually serves more than 20,000 individuals and 2,000 organizations including more than 80 of the Fortune 100 companies across the public, private, nonprofit and education sectors. Last year alone, we funded 255 scholarships at a value of more than $1 million for leaders of nonprofit organizations to attend CCL educational programs. In addition, our knowledge was disseminated to nearly two million people through CCL publications.

Staff/Faculty

CCL EMEA offers one of the most culturally diverse working places with a team of more than 60 staff members with 24 different nationalities from four different continents.

Supporting the CCL EMEA staff, there are more than 170 associate feedback coaches and faculty.

Globally, CCL employs nearly 600 faculty and staff on five campuses in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and maintains relationships with approximately 500 adjunct faculty members worldwide.

CCL employs a talented team of research scientists, faculty and staff that brings a wealth of knowledge to our work on leadership education and research.

Our researchers have advanced degrees in the behavioral and social sciences, grounding their work in a vast and varied store of knowledge.
