Peter Chadwick - Co-Founder and Chief Executive
Peter leads the development of IEDP in expanding its services and partner relationships. He oversees the production of Developing Leaders magazine and the distribution of IEDP’s content. Prior to launching IEDP, Peter was Chief Executive at GMB Publishing and Publishing Director at Kogan Page Ltd. He was previously with Harper Collins and Heinemann Educational Publishers.
Patrick Le Joncour - Co-Founder and Commercial Director
Patrick leads business development at IEDP; identifying new market opportunities and shaping our product offerings to meet client requirements, as well as overseeing the client service relationships. Prior to setting-up IEDP Patrick was Commercial Director at GMB Publishing and previously Head of Business Development at Kogan Page Publishers. In the early 1990's Patrick created one of the first MBA guides 'Which MBA'. Previously he worked in the City.
Roderick Millar - Co-Founder and Managing Editor
Roddy has managed the editorial content and direction of IEDP since its inception. He oversees the development of the website and has helped design and launch Developing Leaders magazine. He also manages the financial aspects of the business. In 2000 Roderick took over as editor of the original International Executive Development Programs directory from Philip Sadler CBE, the former Chief Executive of Ashridge Business School.
Habiba Anwar – News and Research Editor
Habiba works on editorial content published by IEDP, and is a senior editor for IEDP's leadership research database Ideas for Leaders. Prior to joining IEDP, she was Senior Editor at GMB Publishing. She continues to offer editorial services to a number of registered charities. Habiba is a graduate of Brunel University, London. She studied Law and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law.
Daniel Chadwick – Creative Editor
Daniel is IEDP’s Creative Editor. An English Literature graduate, Exeter University, Daniel has a background in design, marketing and copywriting. He manages the content on
IEDP.com circulation and is first liaison to business schools and other content providers. Prior to joining IEDP Daniel was editor and website manager for Theatre Breaks a London theatre agency.
Christopher Murray - Commissioning Editor
Chris Murray is the Commissioning Editor - US, for Ideas for Leaders, part of IEDP. He is an experienced editor, writer, and ghostwriter, and a former strategic consultant and journalist. Chris published an anthology on marketing books in 2006 called The Marketing Gurus (Penguin). He has contributed articles on leadership and other business topics to such magazines as Smart Business, Priorities, and Executive Excellence. From 1994 to 2006, Chris was editor, then editor-in-chief of Soundview Executive Book Summaries.
Tom Nash – Consultant Editor
Tom Nash is a freelance business writer and editor. He is a former editor of Director magazine, the journal of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and he continues to write and edit for the IoD, as well as for the Forum of Private Business and the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management. He writes for and is consultant editor to Developing Leaders, IEDP’s quarterly magazine.
Mary Kate O'Riley - Commissioning Editor
Mary Kate is a business writer and editor. Now freelance, she has over 15 years' experience on top business publications, having held the positions of Managing Editor of Director magazine, the journal of the Institute of Directors, and Editor at RICS Publications, the publishing arm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant for Grant Thornton and Touche Ross (now Deloitte)
Donna Stobart-Hook - Commissioning Editor
Donna is a Commissioning Editor for Ideas for Leaders (IFL), part of IEDP. Prior to joining IEDP, she was a senior Marketing and Innovations Manager at Nestle for 12 years and has a background in brand marketing for consumer and business to business organisations. She studied Business and Finance at Anglia University and holds a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
