Key IEDP Executive Development Consultants

Steve Mostyn
Based in the UK, Steve was Head of Executive Development for the Royal Bank of Scotland Business School where, since 2005, he led the development of innovative leadership development programs for executives within the RBS group.
At RBS Business School he focused on the development of mixing academic approaches from the world’s leading business schools, including Harvard Business School, London Business School, IMD and Duke CE, to engage leaders working together on real issues. This was strengthened by encouraging leaders to teach what they learn to each other and their teams.
Prior to RBS Steve led executive development for Motorola University and was responsible for the development and deployment of the ‘Chairman’s Leadership Institute’ with Kellogg School of Management.
As an experienced facilitator of senior leadership events, offsite meetings and leading strategy reviews, Steve believes that you can only develop corporate leaders by fully understanding the executive’s environment. He is a trusted coach and advisor to corporate executives – supporting them in their customised leadership development journey; and believes in encouraging executives to grow by helping them to develop future leaders.
