‘Managing (headstrong) Professionals’ (MP) is an intense, practical program that consists of two modules of three days each. The training course is aimed at executives who wish to enhance their grip on their role in their professional organization. You are the boss - but they know it too, or even better. How do you deal with this? Do you consider this an encouraging factor or an impeding one?

Participants’ profile
You direct a group of professionals for at least one year. The employees in your team are highly qualified, avail of high-quality knowledge and experience and hardly perform any routine work. You were a professional yourself, or still work as a professional for a part of the week.
Program Structure
The program consists of two modules of three days each. Before the program, an intake interview will take place. You also need to prepare a case prior to the training course. The course covers topics such as strategy, knowledge management, output direction, inspiration as a leader, group processes, power and powerlessness. From these angles, you will look at your organization, your employees and especially yourself – as a leader and as a person. The dilemmas you encounter every day at work are most important here.
