Communicate with Impact is an inspiring learning programme, dedicated to improve your communication skills and enhance your impact.
To have impact in your organisation, your communication skills are top-priority. But also insight in your own communication patterns. Knowledge of your own qualities as a communicator helps you being creative with them in order to influence and persuade others.
The path to reaching people effectively involves knowing your own reference sets. Acknowledging the selective way in which you observe others is also a requirement. You’ll study non-verbal signs such as posture and gestures. Becoming sensitive to communication levels is another part of the enterprise. You’ll practice evaluating the content of communication; the emotion behind it; the relationship between you and the
communicator; as well as the true intention behind the message.
Description
Module 1 is dedicated to get personal feedback and insight in the way you communicate. To become more aware of how you communicate with others and how they influence you to change your communication style. So you know what makes you move from the driver's to the passenger's seat. With communication theory when necessairy to increase awareness. We end with a personal experiment to perform between module 1 and 2.
Module 2 is designed to help you gain control of the driver's seat again. You learn skills, practise, practise, practise and work on your personal presence. At the end of module 2, you'll focus on you new skills and dedicate yourself to do things differently.
Coaching Session: After a month, you'll have a private session with one of the trainers to get an update on how you are performing and to add skills when necessairy.
