The Principles of Persuasion

Robert Cialdini is a professor of psychology at Arizona State University's faculty of Psychology and also of marketing at ASU's W P Carey School of Business, with his scientific background he has conducted some fascinating research into how people are persuaded to do things and think things. We present here a lecture he gave in January 2007 at the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (the RSA) in London.

Quest for the European Business Leader
